WHITE PASTA -THE HEALTHIER WAY!

Ingredients:

For white sauce:
Maida: 1 tbsp
Oats: 4 tbsp
Rawa: 4 tbsp
Butter: 4 tbsp
Milk : as required (to thicken)
Green chilli paste
Cheese : as required
Salt n pepper: as per taste
Mixed herbs : as per taste


Method:

Take butter in a saucepan and let ir heat for sometime. Add maida, rawa and oats and

saute for sometime. Add milk and all other ingredients, one by one. Mix well. Let it cook for 5 mins.
Blend it with a hand blender if you find too many lumps.


For the pasta:

Ingredients:
Pasta : 2 cups
Carrots: 1 chopped
Capsicum: cut into med sized pcs
Corn: half cup

Method:
Boil all the veggies with the pasta (add little oil and salt).
Mix the pasta and veggies with the white sauce. Garnish with grated cheese, if desired.
