Variyali Sharbat

Serving size – 4 medium glasses
Jaggery – 1 cup
Fennel seeds/ variyali – 2 tbsp powdered
Black raisins – 1 tbsp soaked and ground into paste.
Water – 4 glasses
Lemon juice – of 2 to 3
Soak all the ingredients except lemon for 5 hours. Strain them as many times till the dirt from jaggery is cleared. Add lemon juice and serve chilled.
P. S- Variyali is excellent for improving digestion and solving all acidity related issues.
