• 1 cup chopped methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
  • 2 cups Bajri flour (millet flour)
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. ginger, garlic and green chili paste
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. each red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin – coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar or grated jaggery
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp. oil


  1. Take a bowl and all ingredients and make nice dough.
  2. Leave it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. By that time pre heat the oven at 425F.
  4. Grease a baking dish with nice layer of oil.
  5. Take one round ball and apply oil in your hand.
  6. Pat it with other hand and make thin round.
  7. Alternatively, you can put it on your fingers and pat it with other hand fingers too.
  8. Put it on baking dish.
  9. Bake it till it’s got nice reddish color turn in between so its cook from other side too.
  10. Leave it on the dish till it get cold. Enjoy it with hot cup of tea.
  11. Instead of baking, you can deep fry it too once everything is ready.
