Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
- 2 cups Bajri flour (millet flour)
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. ginger, garlic and green chili paste
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. each red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin – coriander powder
- 1 tsp. sugar or grated jaggery
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. oil
Method:
- Take a bowl and all ingredients and make nice dough.
- Leave it aside for 10 minutes.
- By that time pre heat the oven at 425F.
- Grease a baking dish with nice layer of oil.
- Take one round ball and apply oil in your hand.
- Pat it with other hand and make thin round.
- Alternatively, you can put it on your fingers and pat it with other hand fingers too.
- Put it on baking dish.
- Bake it till it’s got nice reddish color turn in between so its cook from other side too.
- Leave it on the dish till it get cold. Enjoy it with hot cup of tea.
- Instead of baking, you can deep fry it too once everything is ready.
