Overnight Oats Jar

SERVING SIZE- 2 BOWLS
INGREDIENTS
2 cups oats
3 Tbsp almond butter
½ cup dates, chopped
4 Tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of salt
3 cups almond milk

 

METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and put in the fridge overnight.
Spoon a portion into a bowl, top with more almond butter and your favorite nuts and berries
P.S: Chia seeds are an excellent fibre and protien rich source. Adding this heavy, fibrous porrdie to your suhoor meal will nevr let your energy levels fall during the day!
